About the author
N.S. Zad obtained his Commerce degree from Shivaji University of Kolhapur and cleared CS Final Exam in June 2005 held by the Institute of Company Secretary of India. He has been teaching for the last ten years and has vast teaching experience for various professional courses like CA, CS & CWA at IPCC/Executive & Final Level. He has practical experience working with medium and large-sized organizations and firm(s) of practising company secretaries.

CS Divya Bajpai obtained her Commerce degree from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. CS Divya Bajpai is Practising Company Secretary and cleared CS Final Exam in June 2016 held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a member of the Women Empowerment Committee of Northern India Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2019.
She has practical experience working with Listed Entities, medium and large size organizations. She is also a Trademark Attorney holder.
Currently, she runs a partnership firm of Practising Company Secretaries named ‘MSD & Associates’ based in New Delhi.
After considering the needs of CS Students in line with the New Syllabus of ICSI, she is writing books for other subjects of CS-Executive level and Professional level as well as CA-IPCC and CA-Final level. She has also written several Articles in Corporate Professional Magazine published by Taxmann
